The Sagamore Resort has extended the ARCC Group Block Rates** for both Friday March 8, 2024 and Saturday March 9, 2024!
Celebrate with us for the evening and stay for the weekend to enjoy The Sagamore's luxurious amenities!
- Click Book Now on the top right-side corner of the screen
- Enter the dates and choose Special Code
- Select Group/Block Code and enter the following block code: 032024ARCC in the Promo Code box.
- Note: ARCC Promo code may only be used for the evenings of Friday March 8, 2024 and Saturday March 9, 2024.**
Should guests require special assistance, please call The Sagamore Resort reservations department directly at 866-384-1944 and identify yourself as being with : ARCC JWJ Annual Dinner.
ARCC's Event Cancelation Policy:
Your registration is a reservation and we look forward to having you join us. To best support our venue partners and event attendees, a refund for any reservation will require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Reserved no shows will be charged the full price. We encourage you to send a co-worker, peer, vendor or customer if you're not able to make it and giving timely notice was not an option.
**Room cancellations must be made directly with The Sagamore Resort.
