    Cash Management Associate

    About this position:

    Responsible for performing operation and administrative duties to support the Director of Business Services and the Cash Management Officer. Provides quality customer service to high profile customers including commercial and municipal customers.  Coordinates activities with branch staff and other business partners to provide a variety of products and services to customers.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    > Provide full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Company personnel regarding cash management and banking servicesAssist with municipal banking customers as needed.

    > Communicate and interact with other departments and vendors for special projects and assist in resolving customer issues or problems.

    > Prepare and maintain cash management service agreements and facilitate process to set-up and train customers with cash management services.

    > Support and assist departmental team by performing administrative and clerical tasks including reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, answering internal and external customer calls, responding to Request for Proposals, and assisting with special projects.

    Education/Certifications:

    > Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

    > 3 years of experience in related field preferred

     

    Skills/Knowledge:

    > Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including:  Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

    > Understanding of cash management services preferred

    > Strong customer service, problem solving, and time management skills

    > Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects, meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail

    > Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    > Solid verbal and written communications skills; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and member of management

     

    Physical Demands:

    > Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for brief periods of time.

    > Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard.

    > Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs.

    The salary range for this position is $19.25 - $24.63 per hour commensurate with experience and education.

    Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s incentive programs, subject to individual and company performance.
