This role involves overseeing both kitchen and store operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product quality. Key responsibilities include baking, supervising staff, organizing orders, scheduling shifts, maintaining food safety standards, and managing supplies. Leadership skills and baking experience in a commercial kitchen are essential.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends, 8 AM - 4 PM
Pay : $18-$20 per hour, based on experience
