NOTICE OF VACANCY
Administrative Assistant
The Warren County Department of Public Works is seeking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. The employee will act primarily as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Facilities, as well as other building level responsibilities that are commensurate with the job description. This position is located at our Buildings and Grounds location.
SALARY: $47,384
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree or higher and one (1) year of full-time paid experience as a secretary or as an office manager providing fiscal, personnel, and/or office services in support of a principal or administrator; or
- Associate’s degree and three (3) years of full-time paid experience as a secretary or as an office manager providing fiscal, personnel, and/or office services in support of a principal or administrator; or
- Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and five (5) years of full-time paid experience as a secretary or as an office manager providing fiscal, personnel, and/or office services in support of a principal or administrator.
Authority to fill this job vacancy is pending approval of the Board of Supervisors.
