HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Fulltime with Benefits
Salary: $59,526
Warren County is seeking a HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR for performing safe and efficient operation of heavy automotive equipment along with a variety of manual tasks in connection with such operations, as well as related work as required. The work is performed under general supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in the operation of specialized or heavy motor equipment; or
- Two (2) years of experience in the operation of any type of automotive equipment; or
- The equivalent combination of experience and training.
At the time of appointment and throughout the term of employment, possession of a valid NYS Class A or B license with endorsements appropriate to the vehicles operated is required.
Authority to fill this job vacancy is subject to the approval of the Board of Supervisors.
