Sr. Building Maintenance Worker
Buildings and Grounds Location
The Warren County Department of Public Works is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Building Maintenance Worker. The Senior Building Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of skilled duties and/or assists a journeyman tradesman in performing those duties. Able to use skilled journeyman techniques for a considerable portion of their duties. In addition, this work may involve the operation of a truck, automobile, or other related equipment. Able to work under general supervision.
SALARY: $48,826
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Five (5) years of experience in general building maintenance or heavy construction or building trade work in one or more of the following standard trades, such as, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. or
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
