About Us

Springs located deep within Lake George’s bedrock provide beautifully pure water for brewing; the perfect blank canvas for our beer. We use locally sourced ingredients to create a beer that is all-natural, unpasteurized, and fresh. Our location in the Southern Adirondacks provides us with an endless source of inspiration for our handcrafted ales.

Adirondack Brewery is proud to have grown steadily over the years, having quickly graduated from Brewpub to Micro Brewery status, according to the Brewer’s Association. Along the way, we have invested in larger fermenters and brite tanks, a centrifuge, dissolved oxygen meters, and -- most importantly -- loyal, dedicated staff, all of whom share our one overarching goal: to forever improve the quality of our beer.
