About Us

Firefly Meadow Service Dogs is a non-profit organization that breeds and trains purpose-bred canines to help people with disabilities.

Firefly Meadow Service Dogs Inc. breeds Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers and German Shepherd Dogs. Each puppy born at our facility will immediately begin training that will prepare them for a future in service work. Dogs will be evaluated to determine the right path for each individual pup. Psychiatric, medical, mobility and autism are all fields these dogs could potentially be trained to perform.

Of the dogs that do not quite meet the high standards of service work, may also be placed in facilities such as group homes, retirement homes, children’s hospitals and more.
