My background spans the non-profit, entrepreneurial, publicly traded, small and large companies, domestic and international, in live entertainment, property management, real estate development, construction, manufacturing, human and financial services industries over my 20-year career.
My experience covers the breadth of HR, from implementing technological solutions, policies, procedures, and processes, managing compliance and handling regulatory agency audits, mergers, and acquisitions, and providing strategies to increase retention and improve employee engagement, with a strong background in retirement and health and welfare benefit plans.
