View Personal BioMs. Julie McMullenBorn and raised in the Capital District and working in management since I was 18 years old, I was the General Manager of Manfred Real Estate Learning Center, Inc. as well as a NYS Division of Licensing Approved Education Coordinator for 12 years before accepting the position as the Director of Operations for Julie & Co. Realty. I am considered to be an expert in NYS Real Estate License Law and Regulation.
