Neil Lebowitz helps clients solve their legal problems. Experienced and knowledgeable, he provides legal advice, counseling, and representation in connection with the formation of business entities and not for-profit corporations, the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions, obtaining permits and approvals from government agencies, the registration, licensing and sale of copyrights and trademarks, and the resolution of disputes arising out of such matters in courts and before government agencies.

Legal Services are provided to clients throughout upstate New York, primarily in Warren, Washington, and Saratoga Counties, and to clients from outside the area who need a lawyer in the Capital District region.
